Includes a Kitchen Assessment, a Grocery Shopping Trip, Meal Planning Tips and a Getting Started notebook.

Personal Chef Services:

$50 an hour, 2 hour minimum, not including cost of groceries
(travel fee depending on location, shopping fee if needed)

Healing Macrobiotic Meal Plan - Weekly
Lunch and dinner for 7 days cooked according to your macrobiotic counselor’s recommendations using the highest quality macrobiotic ingredients and organic produce.

$25 lunch, $30 dinner = $385 weekly

2 Delivery or Pick-up days are available.

Vegan Dinner for 4 (or 2-3 meals for 2) - $150
Includes generous portions of soup, grain, protein, and veggie side

Dessert can be added for additional $10-15
Container fee - $10

Free Delivery to Santa Monica or within 5 mile radius.
Pick-up available for outside 5 mile radius or $10 delivery fee.

Do you want to learn how to cook delicious macrobiotic or vegan meals?
Cook side by side with renowned chef Christy Morgan in the comfort of your home with personalized hands-on attention.

Menu Planning sessions available

Cooking Party - $225
Invite your friends over for a private cooking class at your home. Up to 5 people, 3 hour class, including groceries.
