Includes a Kitchen Assessment, a Grocery Shopping Trip, Meal Planning Tips and a Getting Started notebook.

** We also suggest that you see a Macrobiotic Counselor for any serious health issues you may be experiencing. **

Macrobiotic Meal Delivery (Not offered at this time)

Personal Chef Services:
$50 an hour, 2 hour minimum, not including cost of groceries
(travel fee depending on location)

If you have recommendations from your macrobiotic counselor we can set up a special healing meal plan for you.

Private Cooking Instruction:

Cook side by side with renowned chef Christy Morgan in the comfort of your home with personalized hands-on attention.
